Lava Lamp provides this Privacy Policy so customers and visitors can see how information moves through our store—from browsing and checkout to delivery, support, measurement, and relevant advertising.

  • Communications: messages, support requests, reviews or other content you choose to provide, and our responses.
  • Marketing and preference data: subscription choices, interaction with promotions, ad engagement, and inferences used to present relevant content.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, fraud-prevention vendors, and delivery carriers.

How We Put Information to Work

These recipients receive information for the services they provide, legal compliance, or the purposes described above.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under California law even when no money changes hands. You may opt out as described below. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We may verify your identity using information connected to your account or transaction. An authorized agent may submit a request, but we may request proof of authority and identity verification. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
